Jennifer completed her music therapy degree at the University of Georgia. She remained in the Atlanta area for her music therapy internship with the Fulton County School System, working with children with special needs. Jennifer resides in Cherokee County with her husband Brian and their three children Carlynn, Brinlee, and Walker.

Alison Williams, LPMT, MT-BC 
Music Therapist, Internship Supervisor 

Alison Williams hails from the Mississippi Delta where she received her Bachelor of Music Education degree from Mississippi Valley State University in Itta Bena, MS. She also received her Masters of Music Education with concentration in Music Therapy from the University of Georgia in December of 2010. Alison first came to us as an intern and has been an official member of our staff as a music therapist for two plus years. She is a licensed music educator who loves working with children. Alison is also a board certified music therapist and a licensed music therapist in the state of Georgia as well as an active member of the American Music Therapy Association. Alison is a gifted singer who believes that her mission in life is to share the gift of music with others.

Chelsea Kinsler, LPMT, MT-BC,
Clinical Director, Music Therapist, Internship Supervisor 

Chelsea Kinsler completed her music therapy degree at The University of Georgia. She then completed her music therapy internship with the Fulton County School System working with special needs children aging from preschool to high school during the 2011-2012 school year. She is a licensed Kindermusik® educator for and has taught Kindermusik® classes for 2 years at Therabeat Inc. She is a nationally board certified music therapist as well as a state licensed music therapist. She works with FOCUS (Families of Children Under Stress). Chelsea loves working with children and loves coming to work everyday! Chelsea resides in Woodstock with her husband Chris.

Anna Katheryn Duquette, LPMT, MT-BC 
Music Therapist

Anna Katheryn Duquette received her Bachelor’s degree in music therapy from Georgia College & State University. She completed her music therapy internship with the Fulton County School System music therapy department, working with children with special needs during the 2013-2014 school year. She is a nationally board certified music therapist, as well as a state licensed music therapist in the state of Georgia. Her principal instrument is piano, and she is also proficient in guitar and voice. She loves creating fun and therapeutic experiences to meet the needs of all the clients she serves.

Haylee Smith, LPMT, MT-BC
Music Therapist

Haylee joined the Therabeat, Inc. team in December 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Music from Lander University in Greenwood, SC in 2011. After graduating, Haylee attended Charleston Southern University in North Charleston, SC to complete the music therapy equivalency program. She completed her music therapy internship in Birmingham, Alabama at the United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham: Hand in Hand. Haylee’s primary instrument is voice and she is also proficient in guitar and piano. She learned to play the violin at a young age, and keeps this as a hidden talent. Haylee resides in Canton, GA.

Sibyl McNair
Billing Manager

Sibyl McNair comes to In Harmony after staying at home with her children and doing medical transcription from home.  She is very excited to be a part of the In Harmony family.  Sibyl lives in Canton and has a grown son and daughter and a beautiful daughter-in-law.  When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband David, volunteering at church, cooking, gardening, reading and playing with her black lab Jackson.
